DJ Haymaker was fantastic for our wedding reception 🙂

Highly recommend him to anyone for any occasion. He worked one on one with myself and my husband to make our reception feel like our own 🙂 and had everyone one on the dance floor young and old.

Thank you so much for our special evening that will be truly unforgettable.

We had the most fabulous time at our December 29th wedding. We were so worried that with only 40 people the reception might be hard to pull off. Boy were we wrong!!

You kept our guests laughing and having such a fabulous time that they are still talking about it 3 weeks later. Just last night I had a friend over who was telling me that she has never had that much fun at a wedding. She had never seen the newlywed or survivor games before and was still laughing about it. Our small group ranged in age from the 80’s to the 20’s and we were all dancing the night away. On facebook my daughter wrote “who needs to go to the clubs when you can go to our family weddings!”.

Even before the wedding you were so helpful with tips and planning ideas. Things I would never have thought of. I was unsure myself of playing ‘games’ at the wedding but after we met with you we were all very excited for the big night.

I have NEVER had such a fun time at a wedding before.

Dj Haymaker was a huge part of our wedding day. From the planning before the ceremony and reception to the actual day. We met with him a few times before our wedding day going over songs, games and stories. He also kept in touch with us through email, which was very helpful as we lived 9 hours away. Jeff’s goal was to make sure our wedding day was fun and a big party. It definitely turned out to being just that! During the reception Jeff had a lot of great games planned out. He got all our family and friends involved in the games which was a ton of fun! One of our favorite games we played was Survivor. Survivor brought both of our friends and families together to compete with other tables. One of the highlights of the night! All the music played during the ceremony and reception was chosen by us. Jeff would make sure he played music that we loved. He also played requests from our family and friends which made them get up and dance even more. There were times during the reception where he played 5 of our favorite songs. We loved that and did not expect it! When the night was coming to an end, Jeff played some great songs so everyone left on a good and excited note.

October 15th, 2011 was one of the greatest and fun nights of our lives and Jeff was one of the reasons why this was possible. He is such a great entertainer and DJ. I would definitely recommend Dj Haymaker for any special event or occasion.

Thanks again Jeff. We had such a fun night and we think about it everyday still and wish we could do it all over again! Talk to you soon!

Thanks soooo much for all your wonderful talent yesterday! We had an amazing, unforgettable day and the evening was so much fun. Thanks again for making the day so awesome! You impressed so many people and everything went very smooth because of you. We were also very happy with your song choices, everyone had a BLAST!

As far as feedback for the wedding, we had the best time. Nothing but amazing comments on how awesome the entertainment was that evening, especially the games. A few of our friends said it was the “funnest wedding ever”. My sister was blown away with the way you made things flow through the evening, and you kept the timeline right on track, which was great, because without you, it would’ve likely been a gong show!!!

Thanks for all the fun and keeping everyone lively. Even my 80 year old grandpa (who never, ever dances) was up there having a great time with the hats! The hats were awesome!

Even though I have seen you at weddings before, it was really neat to have you at ours. You impressed everyone and made the day a complete blast!

Just wanted to thank you again for the awesome entertainment on Saturday night at our Nephew’s wedding!.. You were outstanding.. And even tho I couldn’t drag my husband up on the dance floor more than once.. The entertainment was awesome!.. Thanks for making our Mom’s night!… Irene had a BLAST and talked about it the whole way home!

* Jeff was an amazing DJ/MC! The experience he gave us and our guests on our wedding day/ reception was so unbelievable. Timing on everything was great, the day and night ran smoothly because of him. He got everyone going, and when we say everyone, we mean everyone, even that “stiff” friend or family member you have will be right up there with a crazy hat on shaking their hips trying to “score”! LOL…….. You will see and love it!!!! Dear Jeff,

We wanted to send you huge thanks for the tremendous job you did on our wedding! It was the BEST DAY EVER, and you were a big part of the reason why.

The games we played (Survivor, “Copy-the-Kiss”, Flag Game) were the perfect icebreakers for our crowd, and really got people moving, mingling and laughing. The hat trunk was such a hit – by the end of the night every guest was wearing one – even the grandparents! It made for fantastic photo ops.

You handled the crowd like a true professional, and the evening had a great flow. People kept complimenting us on ‘our awesome DJ’. The mix of music was wonderful, and you captured all the songs we specially requested while still managing to get everyone out on the dance floor. Reading our crowd of guests so well kept the energy up for the whole night, what a blast!

We’ve recommended your services to a friend getting married in Kelowna next year, and will continue to recommend your services because we had such an incredible time. Thanks again.

Not sure if you remember us, but you did our wedding back in Feb of 2010. Just wanted to say hi again and let you know that in the last year and a half we have had at least 4 people from our wedding ask for your info…must’ve made some kind of impression 😉

We hired Jeff as our DJ and MC for our September 2011 wedding. Our immediate impression of Jeff was great, loved the energy and enthusiasm that he brought, this continued right through till our wedding day.

He had the tools to enable us to make decisions for music and his knowledge was apparent when we needed help. He was organized and had the experience to allow our special day to go off without a hitch. Everything that he said would happen, happened!

Our guests are still talking about what a fantastic time they had with games and the entertainment, the music was amazing- song after song. For the guests who couldn’t make it talked about what a great time they “heard” they missed!

Jeff had suggestions for the reception and ceremony as well as being open to ideas that we wanted to implement. After engaging the crowd and getting a feel for our guests, he was able to custom make our reception as to the comfort of the crowd.

He exceeded our high expectation for being an amazing DJ. We highly recommend Jeff Hay for any of your entertainment needs.
